Thank you to everyone that came out for the last Regal Beagle BINGO for Reign 32 at the Black Eagle Toronto on The Labour Day Holiday! It was a F.U.N. afternoon with lots of cash and prizes given away including a general admission pass to Canada's Wonderland, BINGO Scratch Cards, and gift cards to Swiss Chalet, Pizza Pizza, Esso Gas, Subway, Mc Cafe, Pizza Nova, St. Louis Bar and Wings and much more! Thank you to Frank and King Father 2019 Ross for your help setting up.
Thank you to the Black Eagle Toronto (Carlos, Michael, Gilbert and Frank) for all of your help with the event. Thank you also to the Black Eagle for sponsoring the shooters and cash prizes. Thank you to Emperor 31, 29 & 22 Hunter James for the poster design. Much appreciation to ICP to reign 32 Billy Blake and Melanie, King Father 2019 Ross and SPEARHEAD Member Joseph Poirier for the prize donations. They were very much appreciated. Thank you to Emperor 25 Ron Damae Bouvier and Kathy Sparkles for looking after the funds raised at this event. $650 was raised for the Imperial Court of Toronto's Reign 32 charities Rainbow Railroad, Supporting Our Youth and the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation Food Access Programs.

Coronation XXVIII: Gala Of The Americas Coronation Weekend, September 6-8, Washington DC
Much appreciation to the membership of the Imperial Court of Washington DC for the wonderful Gala Of The Americas Coronation VIII weekend. Congratulations to Emperor VII Trace Couture Kennady-Smith (Dana Price) and Empress VII Athena KS Couture Moore on the completion of your reign. Congratulations to Their Majesties Emperor VIII Rudy LeggBenavides and Empress VIII Ginger Sparkles on your ascension to the throne. All the best on your journey as Monarchs for this reign. Also congrats to Delta B Knyght and Queen Issa Fella on being selected as ICPs.
It was an honor to see the Queen Mother of the Americas Nicole the Great, Emperor 1 of the Americas Terry Sidie, Crown Princess & Prince Of The Americas Heir Apparents To Queen Mother Nicole The Great: First In Line Of Succession Nicole the Good & Rob Surreal and Heirs from across North America.
The Coronation weekend included International Court Council meetings, a Trans Coffee Talk, a panel of pups and handlers to discuss the topic "How To Speak Pup" and a pup mosh. All of this in addition to the Hospitality Suite presented by the Dogtopia Foundation, In Town Show, Out Of Town Show, Coronation Ball, Victory Brunch and Victory Party. And I got a coloring book by Empress IV Muffy Blake Stephyns. Well done ICWDC!!! It was a pleasure to meet so many from the International Court System family in DC.

AIDS Walk Toronto 2019: Team TICOT, Saturday September 14, Barbara Hall Park
Thank you to everyone that came out to the AIDS Walk Toronto 2019. It was a beautiful evening for a walk and a welcomed change from the daytime walks of the past. This year we registered to walk as team TICOT. We were joined by Emperor 32 The Randy Emperor, ICP to Reign 32 Billy Blake, Candidate for Empress 33 Bekka Blake, Mr. Trillium 2019 Davey Diamonds, Melanie, and Anita. We also had special guests from the Waterfall Empire join us for the walk, Emperor 25 Andrew Evans Della Notte and Empress 25 Miss Drew. Your support is much appreciated. The event started with shows on both stages and various vendor/information booths at Barbara Hall Park. It was wonderful to see the Toronto Sisters of JOY there to volunteer. The walk commenced with police escort at 8:30pm where it travelled north on Jarvis St, east on Bloor St, south on Yonge St, across Dundas St to Church St and south to Adelaide St and ended at St James Cathedral for the After Party. Thank you to David and Dwayne for getting us the cheque for the money raised. On behalf of Team TICOT we made a donation of $465 to the AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT) and the services that they provide. Thank you to everyone that made a contribution!

TICOT Brunch, Sunday September 15, The Garage On Church St
It was a spectacular time at the final TICOT Brunch for Reign 32 at the Garage on Sunday September 15. The service at the Garage was marvellous. This show was hosted by HIM Empress 30 Nikki Chin and The College of Monarchs. Empress Nikki was joined by Empress 32 & 27 Teran Blake, Emperor 30 Jason Dickson-Vanderbilt, Empress 26 & 6 Michelle DuBarry and Emperor 25 Ron DaMae Bouvier.
It was a terrific event with Emperor 32 The Randy Emperor, ICP to Reign 32 Billy Blake, Candidate for Empress 33 Bekka Blake, Ultima Endora, Ultima Druscilla, the newly weds Miss Trillium 2019 Cereza Reina & Richard, Mr Trillium 2019 Davey Diamonds, James G, David Van Tonder, Dwayne A Moore, Kathy Sparkles, Melanie Langlois, Kevin Levere and Adam. All of the proceeds from the TICOT Brunch will go to the Reign 32 charities: The People With AIDS Foundation Food Programs, Rainbow Railroad and Supporting Our Youth.

SPEARHEAD's Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive kicked off this weekend in support of PWA's Food Programs. TICOT is out and about supporting our SPEARHEAD brothers. Non-perishable food items, personal care products and pet supplies are needed. Collection boxes will be out at Pegasus on Church, Black Eagle and Woody’s till Sunday Sept 29, 2019. TICOT Campaign Close Show, Friday September 27, COCK Bar
The last weekend before Coronation 33 was a busy one! On Friday September 27 was the Campaign Close Show. We wish the Aspirant Bekka Blake all the best! Thank you to COCK Bar and the staff for your support. Thank you Vice Chair Dwayne for all of your work with the elections process. Much appreciation to the 519 for allowing us the space for the voting to occur on Thursday September 26 and Saturday September 28.
On Saturday September 28 it was inspiring to see so many Torontonians come out to support the safe counter protest: Defend Church Street - All Out Against Hate. Thank you Chantelle, Melanie, David MacMillan and Sister Wanda Wu Mein for the company.
The College Of Monarchs Meet and Greet produced by HIM Emperor 26, Ricky Lake Ontario, was well attended at Pegasus. This was followed by a Team Euchre Tournament (Pegasus and Primetimers Toronto edition). Thank you to all that supported this successful event.
Saturday night it was off to London to support RISCLSWO's Reign X and The House of Gin and White Wine for Investiture 1. Thank you to HMRISM Emperor X Ajay Vautour-Heart and HMRISM Empress X Aunt Janet Daniels-Kelly and the RISCLSWO Inc. for the hospitality you have shown King Father 2019 Ross and myself.
Sunday September 29 was TICOT Bingo at Flash. Congratulations to Empress 31 & 29 Morgan James on the success of this event for the past five years. Your tireless work is much appreciated and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Thank you to Flash and the staff for all of their support.

TICOT Coronation 33: Crowns That Care Gala – An Evening Of Dancing Queens and Kings On The Boardwalk, Oct 3-6
Another Coronation has comes to an end. Reign 32 had it's up and downs and we have made it through to the other side with the support of many people. All of YOU came together to make this reign a success!
First and foremost a huge congratulations to Empress 32 & 27 Teran Blake who has completed an unprecedented SIXTH year as a reigning Monarch (including reigns in The Waterfall Empire and RISCLSWO Inc). It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of your many years of dedication to the Diamond Courts and we are all indebt to your generosity.
To HMISM Empress 33 Bekka Blake, congratulations on your ascension to the throne. You had a marvellous year as ICP and we know you will have magnificent year as Empress.
To my Imperial Crown Prince 32 Billy Blake, you have grown and now in a better place than when you started. I wish you all the best in your new career and life with Melanie. We have high hopes that you will aspire to the throne in the future.
Congratulations to HMIH Imperial Crown Prince to Reign 33 David Valois and HMIH Imperial Crown Princess to Reign 33 Rachelle Valois for being chosen to be in the Upper House. Congrats to the Conclave of Emperors, the 1/3 Emperors and 1/3 Empresses to assist Her Majesty during this reign.

We were fortunate to have, at the Coronation Ball, a wonderful MC Empress Coco LaTique of Buffalo, protocol announced by Empress Morgan James and hostess Empress Savannah Devereaux of Rhode Island. They handled the evening with such professionalism that made it a joyful experience.

Marcus Hernandez had made many contributions to the greater community including the Court and the Leather Community. It's important for us to continue his work and progress for civil rights.

The Emperor's Command Performances included: Emperor Daemon Valencia (Adam) and Mr. Waterfall Ambassador 2019 Brody Valencia, ICP Vu Tran representing the Upper House of Connecticut, Queen of Hearts Regina West of RISCLSWO Inc., and the Command Auction winner Emperor Rudy of Washington, DC. The Empress' Command Performances included: Empress Dusty Balfour, Queen Mum 2019 Kitten Kaboodle and Endora St. Moorehead and Empress Savannah Devereaux of Rhode Island.
