TITLEHOLDER OBLIGATIONS
The Titleholder is required to produce a minimum of One (1) TICOT fundraisers during their Title Year.
The Titleholder will be asked to assist in the production of the next EOY pageant which will be their stepdown.
The Titleholder is required to attend Coronation.
The Winner is awarded a command performance at the next Coronation.
The Titleholder will hold the Title for a period of approximately twelve (12) consecutive months.
Titleholders MUST remain a member in good standing of The Imperial Court of Toronto (TICOT) for the duration of their Title Year.
Titleholders are considered to be ambassadors of TICOT and shall act as hosts and greeters in Hospitality Suite during Coronation weekend (Friday OR Saturday)

*No applications will be accepted after 11:59 PM on July 17th, 2026 and all contestants must be signed into the event no later than 5:00pm in preparation for the Pageant to begin. Failure to do so by 5:00pm will result in a deduction that is left up to the judges.
First place will receive the title of TICOT’s Entertainer of the Year 2026, $250 in cash, a plaque, Gifts from local businesses, a dedicated performance slot at Coronation 40 happening on October 10 th , 2026 at the Marriot Eaton Centre.
Second place will receive, $100 in cash, flowers, a plaque, Gifts from local businesses.
Third place will receive $50 in cash, flowers and a plaque.
Contestants will be scored accordingly?
1. Presentation (no theme) (25 points)
2. Talent (50 points) – this a maximum of six (6) minute
3. Regal/Formal Wear (25 points)
If only one contestant should enter, a minimum score of 80% is required to be awarded the title.
By clicking submit to the application form I agree that I am: 19 years of age or older, a resident of the realm of The Imperial Court of Toronto and a member in good standing of TICOT. I also understand the
Rules of the Pageant and the obligations of the winner(s) as described. If selected winner of the Pageant, I agree to abide by the terms and obligations set out in this application and the TICOT Constitution and Bylaws.
NOTES
· The winner will be referred to as TICOT’s Entertainer of the Year 2026 __________
· Music will be supplied for Presentation, Regal/Formal Wear.
· Music for Talent must be supplied by the contestant and emailed to music@ticot.ca no later than July 10 th at 11:59pm.
· Talent has a time maximum of six (6) minutes. The includes setup time. The Talent will not go over six (6) minutes because we will stop the music at exactly six (6) minutes, and the contestant will be judged on what was delivered in the original six (6) minutes.
· Any contestant that is not ready on time for a given category will receive a deduction of ten (10) points from their final score.
· Contestants that appear impaired or under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be removed from the pageant.
· No bare breasts/buttocks/genitals, hate speech, or profound language in speech or music.
